Why study with me...?

I was born and brought up in the Vedic tradition. Vedic tradition is a very comprehensive system that includes many spiritual sciences covering all aspects of life and spirituality.

Simply put, the spiritual dimension of the Vedas comprises the philosophies and practices of Vedanta, Yoga, Samkhya, Shaivism, Tantra, Shaktism, Vaishnavism and so on. The scientific dimension of the Vedas comprises life sciences such as Ayurveda, Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology) and Vastu (the forefather of Feng Shui).

When you meet someone, you look at them entirely, not just their head or hands. Similarly, when you study with me, you get a comprehensive understanding of the Vedic tradition and many spiritual sciences. As someone steeped in the Vedic wisdom and practices, I have the keys to many spiritual sciences and can open a world wisdom for you.

No contradictions, no narrow-minded approach and no unresolved questions...only oneness!

Whether you are a spiritual seeker, an academic or author looking to do research, yoga practitioner/teacher, a lost soul or just curious, you bring your curiosity and questions, I will give you Wisdom...not just answers!

I can help you choose the appropriate technique(s) of meditation, guide you through Meditation sessions and set up a self-practice routine.

Pranayama begins with breathing exercises but is way more than that. Regular practice of Pranayama promotes physical health, emotional balance and mindfulness. There are many techniques of Pranayama suitable to different levels of practice. I teach Pranayama techniques suitable for various levels of practitioners as well as help set up a self-practice routine.

Kirtan/Mantra Chanting

Kirtan is a call-and-response chanting of Mantras, combining the power of Mantras with the beauty and grace of music. Proper Mantra pronunciation as well as musical skills go a long way in making a Kirtan session spiritually uplifting. Harmonium lessons can be included, if you are interested.
